How we work
Why we only deliver within 1 km
A small delivery area isn't a limitation we're working around. It's the reason the food arrives the way it left the kitchen.

Most food apps want to reach as many addresses as possible. We went the other way. Tiffly delivers within about 1 km of our kitchen in Sector V, and that is a choice, not a gap we haven’t filled yet.
Hot food doesn’t travel well
Rice dries, fries soften, and a thali that left the kitchen perfect arrives tired if it spends too long in a bag. The shortest way to keep food the way it was cooked is to not send it far. A small radius means short runs, and short runs mean lunch that is still hot when you open it.
Our riders, not a relay
The rider who brings your order works for Tiffly. They pick up from our kitchen, ride a short way, and come back. Nobody is juggling orders from five restaurants across the city, so your bag isn’t waiting in a queue behind someone else’s.
We check before you pay
The app checks your address against our delivery area before you order. If we can’t reach you, you’ll know then — not after you’ve paid and waited.
We’ll grow the area when we can do it without changing what arrives. Until then, we’d rather do a small area well.
